1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be initiated for return within 60 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
- To protect the delicate natural timber, please return the clock in its original protective packaging and gift crate whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Every clock is thoroughly tested before departure. In the unlikely event that your timepiece arrives damaged in transit or displays mechanical defects, we will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you under our 1-Year Full Replacement Guarantee.
3. How to Initiate a Return
